Youth shoots himself

CHANDIGARH: Youth shoots himself: A 25-year-old son of a retired army officer shot himself with his father's licensed revolver at his Sector 47-residence in Chandigarh late on Wednesday night. The youth, Karandeep Singh, was rushed to a private hospital in Mohali and his condition is said to be critical. Police said according to the injured's family Karandeep was under depression. In September 2010, he had created a drama in Sector 45 after climbing atop a 45 feet-tall mobile tower.
