Rudrapur: Uttarakhand Provincial Civil Services (PCS) results were declared on Tuesday, with 28-year-old Jasmeet Kaur Pahwa securing the top rank .A resident of Vasundhara Palm House Colony in Jafarpur, Rudrapur, Jasmeet is currently serving as a social welfare officer in Bageshwar. This was her second attempt at the PCS examination.
Balancing preparation with the responsibilities of her govt post, her success prompted celebrations among family members, friends and residents .Crediting her success to her parents, family and faith, Jasmeet said, “I owe this success to the blessings of my parents, the constant support of my family and the grace of God. Aspirants should prepare with patience, sincerity and consistency. Honest efforts never go unrewarded.”
Her father, Jaswant Singh Pahwa, said, “A child’s success is the greatest honour for any parent. Our family has always prioritised education, discipline and hard work, and today the results are there for everyone to see. ”Residents and well-wishers congratulated Jasmeet and her family, describing her achievement as a matter of pride for the city
