I had a telephonic discussion with CM N Biren Singh. He assured us that he will protect our Naga students & people in Manipur. I requested him to allow them passage to reach Imphal. I appeal to the Manipur govt to settle this issue once & for all.
Yesterday there was skirmish. Army column had to open fire. Today morning, it was found that three bodies have been found there.
Now the situation is improving. It's improving when the central paramilitary force and others to assist in resting the violence have already arrived in Manipur. They have started to control, all the unwanted mob situation is already under control.
In Manipur, whatever violence erupted is very unfortunate and the Govt of India is taking necessary actions and possible steps.
