Bhasma aarti permission: Two booked for fraud

Three cases of fraud in granting permission for Bhasma aarti at Mahakaleshwar temple came to light after an investigation by temple management committee administrator during intervening night of Thursday and Friday. It was found that the permission was granted after charging excess amounts from three persons.Temple’s security in-charge Dilip Bamniya registered a case against two persons with the Mahakal police station.According to Mahakal police station in-charge Gagan Badal, in the three permissions issued, an amount several times more than the prescribed rate was taken from devotees.
