One killed, three injured as two cars collide

Indore: A 22-year-old man was killed and three were injured when two cars collided near Tejaji Nagar bridge on AB Road bypass.DCP Narendra Rawat said that the accident took place around 1 am on Tuesday. Police rushed to the spot and shifted the injured to MY Hospital.SI Avinash Nagar said that one of the cars was occupied by Pratham Choudhary (22), a resident of Rangwasa, Krishna (30) and Chetan Choudhary (35), both from Sanwer. The other car was being driven by Yuvraj (29), also a resident of Sanwer.“Pratham died during treatment, while the remaining injured persons are undergoing treatment at the hospital,” he said.The impact of the collision was so severe that both vehicles suffered extensive front-side damage and appeared to have changed direction after the crash, making it initially difficult to determine how the accident occurred.A case has been registered, and police are trying to ascertain where the occupants were coming from and heading to at the time of the accident. The body has been sent for postmortem examination.
