Faizullaganj to face water supply disruption on June 11

Lucknow: Around 10,000 residents of Faizullaganj and adjoining areas will face water shortage on Thursday evening (June 11) due to the replacement of key water control valves at the Faizullaganj overhead tank (OHT), Jal Kal department officials said on Tuesday.Officials said old sluice valves (large valves that control the flow of water in pipelines) are being replaced to improve the efficiency of the supply system.Evening water supply from the tank will remain disrupted during the work.Keshavnagar, Naya Purwa, Faizullaganj village, Yash Nagar and Noori Kabadi will be affected.
