Chhattisgarh Lok Sabha Election Results 2024 Live: Counting underway in Chhattisgarh. The Lok Sabha elections in Chhattisgarh were conducted in three phases on April 19, April 26, and May 7.

The state is expected to witness a fierce political battle between the BJP and the Congress party. Exit polls suggest that the BJP is likely to maintain its historical dominance, potentially securing a near-sweep of the seats. In contrast, the Congress party may find itself limited to a single seat.

The recent state assembly elections in Chhattisgarh marked a significant shift in power dynamics, with the BJP emerging as the dominant force. This development sets the stage for the BJP's potential success in the upcoming national elections.

Chhattisgarh is divided into 11 Lok Sabha constituencies, each representing various regions and demographic groups within the state. These constituencies are Bastar, Kanker (ST), Rajnandgaon, Mahasamund, Surguja (ST), Raigarh (ST), Janjgir-Champa (SC), Raipur, Durg, Korba, and Bilaspur.

In 2014, BJP secured a resounding victory, winning 10 out of the 11 parliamentary seats, while the Congress managed to retain only one seat. Despite facing some challenges in the 2019 elections, the BJP still emerged victorious in nine seats, while the Congress slightly improved its tally by winning two seats.
