Ice cream vendor hangs to death in Allagadda

Tirupati: A 25-year-old ice cream vendor allegedly ended his life at his house on Pulla Reddy Street in Allagadda, Nandyal district, on Sunday. According to the Allagadda police, the deceased, identified as Satyanarayana Sayani, was a native of Rajasthan who relocated to Allagadda a few years ago. The neighbours first spotted Satyanarayana dead when the house remained locked, and they peeked into the house through the windows out of suspicion on Sunday morning. After receiving an alert from the neighbours, Allagadda police reached the crime scene and shifted the body for postmortem. Police are trying to establish the reason that drove Satyanarayana to end his life. Police suspect that the youngster might have committed suicide due to love failure, based on information provided by the locals.
