During the yatra, Sharmila will hold Rachabanda meetings in the mornings and market meetings in the evenings, interacting with the public and explaining how the VB-GRAM G 2025 bill, passed by the BJP-led NDA govt replacing the MGNREGA Act, undermines the wage guarantee scheme introduced earlier by the Congress.
She also convened a meeting with district presidents, in-charges, vice presidents, general secretaries, and party frontal wings to review preparations and strategies for making the yatra a success.
