Visakhapatnam: A total of 1,602 two-wheeler riders got their driving licenses suspended for three months for riding their bikes without helmets in Vizag city between Sept 2 and 5. The Road Transport Authority (RTA) personnel and Vizag city police have intensified drive against the traffic violators. Now, driving without helmets will get motorists’ driving licenses for three months, besides the usual e-challan.TNN
