The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) has declared the Class 12 Result 2026, with strong performance recorded across all three streams. The overall pass percentage stood at 97.52% in Science, 97.54% in Arts, and 93.64% in Commerce. More than 9 lakh students appeared for the examinations conducted between February 12 and March 11 across the state.
In Science, 2,85,299 students appeared out of 2,87,068 registered, while Arts saw the highest participation with 5,83,201 students appearing from 5,91,023 registrations. In Commerce, a total of 30,580 candidates appeared out of 30,798 who had registered for the exams. In the Science and Arts streams, girls have emerged better than boys, while boys have done better than girls in terms of pass percentage in Commerce.
Thus, with this overall academic performance, the focus shifts to the toppers who have excelled in this Rajasthan board exam.
Divya Bhadu tops in Science with 99.80%Divya Bhadu, a student of Shekhawati Public Senior Secondary School, Losal, in Barmer district, has bagged the top position in the Science stream with 99.80%. She has scored 499 out of 500 marks. She has even managed to score full marks in English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, and 99 in Hindi.
Divya hails from Krishna Ka Talla village in Barmer district and is the daughter of Suja Ram Bhadu, a Gram Sewak, and Dropdi Devi. She has been studying in the hostel for the past two years, maintaining a consistent routine that shaped her preparation.
“My parents always supported me and encouraged me to stay focused. This success is because of their trust and sacrifices,” Divya said.
She also credited her teachers for their constant guidance. “Our teachers are always ready to solve our problems whenever we approach them. That support made a big difference,” she added.
Speaking about her study routine, she said, “We used to study for 6 to 8 hours after school in the hostel. That regular practice helped me strengthen my concepts.”
Divya, who had earlier scored 82% in Class 10, now aims to become an IAS officer.
Shekhawati School dominates state meritDivya’s achievement is part of a larger trend at Shekhawati School, Losal, which has once again produced top performers. The institution has drawn attention after producing toppers in both Secondary and Senior Secondary examinations.
Along with Divya, Komal Jangid and Hina Bano secured second position with 98.80%, while Nikita, Divya Mahich and Payal Sharma jointly secured third position with 98.60%. In the Arts stream, Anisha and Subita topped within the school with 97.40%.
The school reported that five students scored above 99%, while 20 students secured above 98%, 162 crossed 95%, and 386 students scored above 90%. These figures reflect consistent high performance across batches.
Bright School students share top honoursAnother highlight of this year’s results came from Bright School, Palwas Road, Sikar, where two students—Nikita Jangid and Rishita Tunwal—each scored 499 out of 500 marks, matching the highest score in the state at 99.80%.
Both students credited their success to parental support and teacher guidance.
“The biggest contribution behind my achievement is from my parents and teachers. They supported me at every step and helped me overcome difficulties in every subject,” said Nikita Jangid.
She emphasised consistency in preparation. “Success is not achieved in a single day. I studied daily and focused on my weaker subjects,” she added.
Rishita Tunwal shared a similar view. “The entire credit goes to my parents and teachers. Their encouragement and guidance helped me stay on track,” she said.
She emphasized the need for continued efforts. “Topping is the result of small, consistent efforts. I always focused on improving every day,” she added.
