Gujarat CM oath ceremony Live Updates: PM Modi, Amit Shah on stage, Bhupendra Patel takes oath as Gujarat CM for second time
Bhupendra Patel was sworn in as CM of Gujarat Gandhinagar's t Helipad Ground. The ceremony was attended by PM Narendra Modi and top BJP leaders, including Union ministers and chief ministers of state ruled by the party. Patel won the Ghatlodia seat with the highest margin of 1.92 lakh votes in the elections.In the just-concluded Gujarat assembly elections,the BJP won record 156 seats. Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Bhupendra Patel took oath as the chief minister of Gujarat for a second straight term in Gandhinagar on Monday in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union home minister Amit Shah, and other dignitaries. Patel was administered the oath as the 18th chief minister by Governor Acharya Devvrat at a function held at the Helipad Ground near the new Secretariat.

Bhupendra Patel on Monday took oath as the 18th chief minister of Gujarat in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and home minister Amit Shah. Patel took oath as chief minister for the second time in a row. He was chosen as the chief minister in September 2021 after the BJP leadership replaced the Vijay Rupani-led state government with a new set of faces.
