In fantasy football, the management of time and the making of quick decisions are of equal importance. They can make the difference between winning and losing. Often newbies are overlooked. This can happen if they fail to perform immediately.
This was true for Quentin Johnston who was a first-round pick in the 2023 NFL Draft. Johnston struggled in his rookie season and made mistakes.
Fantasy managers dropped him and dismissed his potential.

That dismissal may have been premature. In fantasy football patience is often required.. One must pick up players on the rise before others. Johnston is still in the picture and is not fading away. Early challenges did not deter him and Johnston is determined to change the story. He wants to prove his critics wrong. In Week 2 Johnston had a standout game. The game was for Los Angeles Chargers and the opponent was Carolina Panthers. The Chargers won the game 26-3 .J.K. Dobbins led the rushing game with 131 yards. Johnston made his mark in the passing game. He had 6 targets, 51 receiving yards and had 2 touchdowns. Chargers could have stuck to run and Johnston's contributions were notable.

His breakout suggests that the Chargers are typically a run-first team. However, they'll need to rely on the pass . Justin Herbert is at quarterback and Johnston could become a valuable fantasy player.
It is important to know that New England Patriots' Hunter Henry came in quietly in Week 2. He was consistent. Against the Seattle Seahawks, Henry had scored 8 receptions for up to 109 yards. He had done this on 12 targets.
In the Patriots' wide receiver line there isn’t a standout guy . This could lead to Henry continuing to be a key part of the offense. Fantasy managers might find him valuable. especially if they need help with their tight end. The Patriots are set for a showdown with the Jets. this may be a tough matchup.
Lastly, we have the Las Vegas Raiders as our final subject. The defense and special teams of the Raiders are a promising streaming option. In the future, the Raiders have three promising matchups ahead. These are against Carolina, Cleveland and Denver. The Raiders' defense is on the path to performing well because of that they might be a strong "stream-and-hold" option.
