‘Foggy Highway, Moving Van’: Woman Gang-Raped On Deserted Gurgaon-Faridabad Road
- A 25-year-old woman left home late at night after an argument with her mother and accepted a ride in a van.
- The van drivers allegedly diverted to isolated stretches of the Gurgaon–Faridabad Road and held her captive for nearly three hours.
- The woman was allegedly gang-raped inside the moving van and was later thrown out near Raja Chowk,suffering serious facial injuries.
- She managed to contact her sister, who rushed her to a hospital in Faridabad where she received treatment for her injuries.
- Police registered a case under gang rape and related sections and seized the Maruti Suzuki Eeco used in the crime.
- Two van drivers from Uttar Pradesh were arrested, and an identification parade is planned for the survivor to identify them.
