Archana Puran Singh's son teases her during Diwali cleaning: says ‘You sit even when you work’ referring to The Great Indian Kapil Show
Archana Puran Singh recently shared a fun and heartwarming vlog on her YouTube channel, showing her and husband Parmeet Sethi celebrating Diwali in a unique way. The couple, along with their sons Aaryamann and Ayushmaan, took part in Diwali cleaning at home. While cleaning, the family joked around and teased each other, making the entire experience lively and entertaining.
In one funny moment, Ayushmaan Sethi presented a broom to Archana as if it were a flower. Archana immediately responded, “Bus yahi dega tu apne maa ko (You will give this only to your mother),” leaving everyone laughing. The playful energy continued throughout the vlog as the Sethi family shared light moments while completing their chores.
Later, Archana sat on her sofa while all the boys cleaned the room. She funnily said, “Aaj teeno ladke kaam kar rahe hai aur mein baithe hu (All the three boys are working and I am sitting today).” Ayushmaan didn’t miss the chance to poke fun at his mother and said, “You sit even when you go to work,” referring to her appearance on Kapil Sharma’s show, The Great Indian Kapil Show. Parmeet then added his own humour, which had Aaryamann spitting out water in laughter.
After finishing the cleaning, the Sethi family moved on to making besan ladoo with Archana’s sister helping out. She guided Aaryamann and Ayushmaan on how to prepare the sweet delicacy. During the session, Archana’s sister joked, “I can kick her out of the room,” but also admitted that Archana would win if it came to a claw fight. Aaryamann added, “Papa is easy, mom is tough,” humorously summing up the difference between his parents.
The family then packed the laddoos to take to an orphanage, celebrating a pre-Diwali event with 55 children. The kids performed a dance for the family, and the Sethis joined in, making the celebration joyful and memorable.
On the professional front, Archana Puran Singh recently wrapped up the third season of The Great Indian Kapil Show. She was last seen in the film Nadaaniyan. Parmeet Sethi appeared in Aabeer Gulaal, starring Fawad Khan and Vaani Kapoor, which was later banned in India.
