zirakpur: punjab congress chief amrinder singh, on monday, assured a revival of dead industrial units and setting up of new industry in the sub-division and the state, if his party is voted back to power in the state. the congress chief was addressing a massive turnout of congress supporters in the election rally organised to muster support for sheelam sohi, the congress candidate from banur assembly constituency.
