FB post against Thangal, IUML files police complaint

Kozhikode: IUML lodged a police complaint in connection with alleged attempts to defame party state president Panakkad Sadikkali Shihab Thangal by levelling false allegations through a Facebook post.Party national general secretary P K Kunhalikutty said that the false allegation has been levelled through a Facebook post made from a fake ID."The party has demanded urgent intervention in the matter. It will legally fight any attempts to personally defame Sadikkali Shihab Thangal," said Kunhalikutty, adding that no one should be misled by such fake propaganda.The Facebook post has since been deleted.
