Buxar SP assures quick resolution of cops’ grievances

Buxar: Superintendent of police Shubham Arya on Wednesday heard service-related grievances of police personnel posted across the district at his office. The issues raised included housing, leave, healthcare assistance and other administrative concerns affecting the workforce.The SP issued instructions to the officials concerned to ensure prompt, time-bound resolution of all pending matters related to personnel welfare. He emphasised that maintaining a supportive and efficient work environment for the police force remains a key responsibility of the department.Addressing the personnel, Arya directed them to discharge their duties with discipline, dedication and sensitivity, particularly in matters concerning public interest. He also stressed the need to maintain law and order, ensure effective crime control and uphold courteous behaviour towards the public.He said resolving the problems faced by police personnel on priority is essential to improve efficiency and morale within the force. The SP reiterated that the administration is committed to safeguarding the welfare of personnel while strengthening public trust in policing.
