‘Mirazpur’ fame Divyenndu will be making his Telugu debut with the upcoming Ram Charan and Janvi Kapoor starrer ‘Peddi’. Recently, the actor spoke about his experience working on the film, saying it was both exciting and challenging.

Telugu was the biggest challenge

Since this is his first Telugu film, language became his biggest hurdle during the shoot. As per a report by India Today, Divyenndu admitted that learning Telugu lines was not easy for him. He said, “Language is still a little tricky. You get used to it, so I had to mug up a lot of lines. But once you understand the meaning behind the lines, it becomes a little bit easier. But still, Telugu is not that easy. That used to give me sleepless nights.

‘Peddi’ felt like a big saga

Talking about the film, Divyenndu said he was surprised by its scale and vision. He shared that ‘Peddi’ felt much bigger than a regular film because many different emotions and genres come together in one story. He said, “I mean, it looked like a saga to me. It's just so many different things happening, so many different genres happening in one film. I was just so amazed and glad that it's all coming together so beautifully.
I was just absolutely amazed by the whole thing.”The actor added that being part of such a large project was a special experience for him.

Divyenndu talks about Ram Charan

Divyenndu also had wonderful things to say about Ram Charan. He praised the star for his humble nature and warm behaviour on the sets.He said, “He's not different, actually. He's such a wonderful actor, just like a true actor, without any baggage, without any hoopla-hoos of the world, nothing. He was there every day, there was a give-and-take, there were compliments exchanged, and I think we did something really good together. The kind of comfort and warmth he gave me, I really cherish that.” The actor also added that the support he received from Ram Charan helped him settle into the new environment. In ‘Peddi’, Divyenndu plays the role of "Rambujji".
