Rajasthan HC gives 6 weeks to Centre on Adarsh Credit Cooperative Society

The Jaipur Rajasthan High Court has asked the Central Government to dispose of the representations regarding refund in the case of depositors of Adarsh Credit Cooperative Society within six weeks. The order was issued by Justice MM Shrivastav while disposing of a petition filed by Kalpana Mehta and 31 others representing the petitioners, Senior Advocate Mahendra Shah and Advocate Pragya Seth. The petitioners have stated that they have invested all their savings in Adarsh Credit Cooperative Society, but the deposited amounts and interest were not returned to them even after the expiry of the stipulated period.

JAIPUR: Rajasthan High Court has asked the central government to dispose of the representations regarding refund in the case of depositors of Adarsh Credit Cooperative Society within six weeks.
