Jhunjhunu: Thieves decamped with jewellery worth Rs 36 lakh and Rs 5 lakh cash from a house in the Gokulpura police station area of Sikar on Monday night.The family members were sleeping in the courtyard of the house when the thieves entered by cutting the mesh. When the family members woke up in the morning, they came to know about the theft.Sanjay Kumar Jat, a resident of Khichdon Ka Bas in the Gokulpura police station area, stated in the report that on Monday night he and his family members were sleeping in the courtyard of the house.When they woke up at around 6:15am, they found the rooms of the house locked from inside. Upon checking from backside, they found the window cut.They sent their son inside through the window. When he opened the gate, the belongings were found scattered in the rooms.
