‘Death threat’ to minister: Cops detain minor
Udaipur: The Kotda station police in Udaipur district on Wednesday detained a minor for allegedly threatening on a WhatsApp group to kill cabinet minister Babulal Kharadi. According to Kotda SHO Ashok Kumar Singh, Kharadi was scheduled to visit Kotda on Wednesday to attend a Vikas Bharat Sankalp yatra camp. TNN

A minor was detained by the Kotda station police in Udaipur district for threatening cabinet minister Babulal Kharadi on a WhatsApp group. The threatening message was posted on a WhatsApp group named 'Jai Shri Maa Gor Kunda Wali Nayawas', warning Kharadi not to come to Gorkunda Mataji Temple. Minor detained at Sada over offensive post
Mormugao police detained a minor boy from Headland-Sada late Wednesday for posting derogatory remarks against a community on social media. Tension prevailed at Headland-Sada over the online post. Police registered an offence against the minor and later detained him. The situation is under control.
