The league stage of IPL 2026 has officially come to an end, with Royal Challengers Bengaluru, Gujarat Titans, Sunrisers Hyderabad and Rajasthan Royals securing the four playoff spots.
RCB finished at the top of the table with 18 points and the best net run rate of +0.783, edging GT and SRH, who also ended with 18 points. Gujarat Titans finished second with an NRR of +0.695, while Sunrisers Hyderabad took third place with +0.524.
Rajasthan Royals grabbed the fourth and final playoff spot with 16 points after their crucial final-day win over Mumbai Indians.
Punjab Kings narrowly missed out despite finishing with 15 points. A washout earlier in the season proved costly as PBKS ended fifth with seven wins, six losses and one no-result.
Delhi Capitals finished sixth with 14 points after an inconsistent campaign, while Kolkata Knight Riders ended seventh with 13 points.
Chennai Super Kings endured another disappointing season, finishing eighth with 12 points and a negative NRR of -0.345.
At the bottom, both Mumbai Indians and Lucknow Super Giants managed only four wins each from 14 matches. MI finished ninth with a slightly better NRR than LSG, who ended at the bottom of the standings.
